First time buying from here and it will be my only time buying from here. The management is horrible and have no organization skills. They really failed during this pandemic and will probably loose hundreds of customers. I’ve spent the last three days trying to fill out paperwork for a firearm I purchased online. Purchased and paid for product. Never was shipped the product, and after numerous attempts to deal with them, 3 months later I was finally offered a refund. This went on for 3 more months, and never did get the product OR THE REFUND. spend Your money elsewhere! These guys customer service is HORRIBLE!
I received this email to review the rifle that I ordered on 3/25/20, AND I STILL DON’T HAVE IT! I’ve called and emailed customer service, been to the store and no resolution. DO NOT believe the website if you order online, in stock is apparently meaningless. The shipping date is apparently meaningless. Conveniently you can add all you want to an order, but cancel it? Not possible.

They take for ever to answer direct messages. And then when they do you get the same answer. Contact the local rep. To see if you can get this fixed. When you go on their website and it shows the item in stock you get to check out and enter your card info and then it tells you remove item from cart not available that's just fu***d up. Wound up going to Dicks Sporting and ordered not what I wanted. Don't recommend using Sportsman Warehouse website for anything...!!!

Ordered a pair of running shoes that appeared to be refurbished and not new. Requested a return and refund and got zero response.
RecommendedGreat service !! to many people so called customers browsing and not buying it slows down the line. Maybe ask at the door what are you looking for if it’s browsing then leave.
