Last week I placed a order online, the item I purchased showed in stock, and it let me pay for it with my venmo account. When I went to the store the next day, I was informed The item that I purchased, actually wasn't in the store, And it should have arrived on a truck the day prior. RecommendedI bought a camping sandwich press online and I asked my husband to pick it up. My husband showed the clerk at the store the receipt and his drivers license, which matched the address on the receipt. However, the clerk refused to give my husband the product because we did not have the same last name. Can this company and its employees be any more ignorant? This is the 21st century. Stay far away from Sportsmans. Ordered 1500.00 worth of merchandise on 5/19 which they said was in stock and would be at the store on 5/22. No word since and they charged my card. Impossible to contact customer service either by phone or email. Filed a complaint with the BBB which some people said got a response but nothing so far. Either they are scamming customers or one of the most inept companies I have ever dealt with. Check out the F rating on BBB before you do business with them.

I bought a shotgun online from them, transaction went thru,, they charged my credit card and gave me a confirmation number of my order, which will be delivered to the FFL that I chose, then 2 days after, I got an email from them that my order was cancelled due to whatever reason. I Found the same shotgun on a different website but couldn't buy it coz they have not refunded the charge on my credit card yet. I tried to call them but the wait time is 1 hour! Sportsmans warehouse is a scam at best. They canceled an order due to the product being out of stock. Then 5 days later billed me for the order,without asking if I still wanted the Item.Then they only shipped half of it and I've been spending the last 2 weeks trying to get a refund or the missing item shipped out.
just now Place a order on the 12th was told i could pick it on the 20th or 21st found out my order was out of stock then for my refund i still have to wait 3 to 5 more days
RecommendedI like sportsman’s however their manager ( Craig) was very unprofessional with an elderly customer one day and made a huge scene. This alone was a huge turn off.
we went into this store today (Tuesday 5/21/2020). Who ever manages this store should be ASHAMED! This store is disorganized, filthy and missing too many items! with the pandemic lock down, there is no excuse for this store to be in this horrible condition! We went to look specifically at a Green Mountain Pellet grill. There was only one store model in bad shape and the aisles around were nearly empty.
