I’ve been buying all my sporting goods from these guys since I moved here. Well, that changed as of yesterday. I was attempting to purchase a Coleman tent and air mattress. Target, Dicks, Academy, and Cabela’s had these items 10% cheaper. ($40 total) Since there’s a 25 foot sign above their door that says “Find it at our competitors cheaper, we will match it”, I showed them the prices at the register and the cashier told me to go to Customer Service. Just stood at the gun counter for over 30 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me standing there. Employee comes on duty, then asks a customer behind me if he needed help. Wanted to purchase a shotgun. Will try somewhere else, after the stores reopen I guess.

very poor customer service--- little to no stock----i was there on the 26 of April and I counted 11 endcaps empty. Also had about 40% shelf's empty
RecommendedI recently purchased a shotgun here. Even with all of the craziness with Covid, the changes required to maintain social distancing, and the huge demand for new gun purchases the staff was super helpful, and made the process completely painless.
Bought a 12ga that said pick up in store today. It was not in store and is still not there 22 days later. I called customer service 5x and never recieved a call back. Only generic email responses To my questions online. On top of all this they charged my credit card the regular price, not the sale price. Website is useless for trying to get help or cancel. Will probably never buy online from them again!

Communication.I have sent many Emails asking about my order. I have not recived one reply.
The gun line is taking forever, the outside line people should be warned about the inside line as well. sportsmans should have seperate lines for online order pickup and walkin business during this time.
