Was questioned about needing targets, said no as was already had them, was questioned again as they did not think I knew what I was doing. Other than that the other staff was great!
I was discriminated against and told I couldn’t ever purchase a gun because common mistake that first time buyers make. Then when speaking to the I manager they said I had to come back another day.I never should have been turned away in the first place;when I spoke with several other gun stores, they confirmed this as well. I will not purchase here and I encourage people from the same hue to take your money else where. Do not waste your money here as well.
I WENT YESTERDAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS HOT BUT THAT'S NOTHING COMPARED TO ME NOT REALLY KNOWING ABOUT FIREARMS AND THE YOUNG LADY GIVING ME THE WRONG AMMO FOR THE SR22 AND HAVING IT JAM ON ME SEVERAL TIMES WHILE I WAS ON THE RANGE SHOOTING. THANKFULLY WHEN I WENT BACK UP FRONT THINKING I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG THERE WAS ANOTHER LADY UP THERE WHO KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING TO TELL ME THAT I HAD BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG AMMO AND SHE DID RECTIFY THE SITUATION. I WILL BE RETURNING ONE DAY.
Awesome staff. Tony spent alot of time helping me get my bow ready for season. Super helpful. Will definitely be going there from now on.
