It's friendly, has a neighborhood feel to it. There's a gorgeous new yoga room with bamboo flooring and tastefully decorated. You're relaxed before class even begins.
It's great place it has something for everyone from classes to machines and of course trainer's to help out as well as private trainer's if wanted , open everyday at ones schedule or holiday's hours , parking everyone know the deal in rockville centre , parking meter's everywhere ! other then that it's a great place and accessible for the handicap who is upper body able.
