RecommendedSigned up our son for the 2 year old sports class, it was great and he had so much fun and started to follow the directions that the coach eric was telling all the kids..coach Eric is very friendly with a great personality and coaching skills..we are so happy we signed up our son for the class and look forward to next weekends class!
Excellent classes (spin, boxing & yoga) and instructors, clean facility, friendly staff. I like the weekly sign-up and the 1 hour cancellation policy is perfect for motivating you when feeling lazy right before it is time to go!
The cycling instructor, Judy, was great, very encouraging. Unfortunately, the staff at the counter was inattentive and could improve its customer service by interacting more with the clients than each other and their phones.
They have day care which is great because I could leave my baby there and work out at the same time . The Zumba instructors are great just love
