The worst customer service experience I have ever had I froze my Sportset membership before leaving the country and followed exactly what their staff told me to do. I completed the required freeze form in May and called again before leaving to confirm that my membership would be frozen for June, July, August, and September. Greg is a very knowledgeable and relatable trainer. He explains and demonstrates exercises with thorough and easy to understand instructions. I would recommend him to friends
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a former Division I basketball player at 6’9”, I’ve spent most of my life around coaches, strength programs, and high-level training. Nick Calandrella is in a different class. Personal training with Nick has been great. Highly recommend him to hit your activity/training goals.
I have enjoyed my membership at Sportset immensely. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is nice and clean, the equipment is very good, fresh towels are available. I have a really excellent trainer, Julianna who personalized my training sessions to target specific muscle groups I need to build up. I have used a personal trainer now for 6 months and can really feel the difference. They were able to work around my busy schedule and really have an impact on my health. Would recommend highly.
