My friend and I visited this store recently, just to have a browse and for our shopping experience. It was honestly the worst shopping experience we had. As soon as we got to the store, the lady (had blonde hair) from memory, started giving us weird stares, walked to the front of the store and just stood next to us as we were looking. Helpful staff. lovely clothes - but you wouldn’t know it - the change rooms are cramped, very cramped, ill-lit and the mirrors are green-tinged. Absolutely awful. Anyone over a size sixteen would struggle to get in the door let alone get changed . Go elsewhere for your fittings.
Walked in wearing a complete outfit of Sportscraft so obviously I love the clothes. The shop assistants were more interested in what they should try on instead of seeing if they could sell me anything. I walked out with nothing.
Be careful if you order something for click and collect.They will look into your order after a week and then you get email the item you ordered is already sold in the past few days and they cannot fulfill your order .So they cancel it .Really frustrating and disappointing experience.
I had a terrible experience with ordering online to click and collect from this store.My order got rejected and I contacted many times to the support team ,but didn’t receive help from customer service team
