I had a very unpleasant experience with this location. There customer service was terrible. One of the employees made a mistake with my membership and they continued to charge me after my cancellation and made no attempts to rectify the situation or even have the decency to be polite. They wouldn't return calls and never reimbursed me for their mistake.
