The Jersey City location is very busy. Most of the time you end up with the assistant - the physical therapist only does the massages. During the 1st week, they give you an exercise, tell you to remember it, watch you do the exercise 2-3 times, and gave you a timer to do the sets, on your own - they don't stay by your side to correct you throughout the set. Thereafter, they hand you the timer and the tools you need to do the exercises and walk away. But, the staff is very nice and will remember your name.

The care there is great, Bob, Ivan, and Josh work very well and knowledgeable off what they are doong to give you the best therapy ever. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The receptionists are polite and will give you courtersy calls. Also there is Mirasol who I had the pleasure of meeting, they are a great team.
