Poor. I drove 45 minutes to Greenville OH dealership only to be told car was at Eaton dealership, 1/2 hour south. Once I arrived there, I was infirmed that car had been moved to Beavercreek dealership. I let rep at SVG that I spent an additional 50 miles of extra driving & still hadn't seen car. Was not happy at all. I gave them opportunity to make amends in setting up a review at Beavercreek shop several days later...but was then told 2 days later that the car had been moved to an auto auction. Dealer did contact me and reintegrated to note the vehicle's description as being sold for parts due to severe undercarriage rust
I wish they were more willing to discuss the condition rather than simply say come in for an appointment.
Prompt contact car was gone though
They were honest told me vehicle needed work
Excellent response, but limited inventory.
