Dr Stephens and is staff are great. I have been suffering PostHerpetic Neuralgia in my left eye from having had shingles in this eye 3 times in the past year. Dr Stephens has treated me using the Sphenocatheter block applying lidocaine to the nerves. I get several days of relief after each treatment. I now have hope knowing that my very painful condition can be treated without using opiates. My goal is to be completely off the narcotics soon. I was there to see dr.chad stephens. His staff and him are so nice and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone. He fixed my lower back, he's fixing my neck and migraines. I just love him. Great personality and always is smiling.

Dr. Chapman and his staff have made this hobby runner feel like a professional athlete with such care and attention to all my needs. The ability to run on the alter G treadmill has allowed me to maintain fitness throughout my healing and keep me from going to far too fast. I cannot fit all the wonderful things to be said about Dr. Chapman, his wife Darcy and trainer Dillon.
I can't recommend or thank Dr. Chapman, Dillon and Catherine enough for their thorough care and expertise! This office goes above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule and spends quality time in taking care of my needs! Dr. Chapman was able to spare me from having a knee surgery and has given excellent care to me before, during and after my hip surgery as well as my children's needs!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
I am very impressed with Dr. Chapman and his team. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and has me improving every visit. The staff is professional and courteous. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I can't say enough about Dr. Chapman and his team. I've been in pain for almost a year and after 2 weeks of rehab, I am feeling much better and finally have a diagnosis. Dillon is awesome with rehab. Very thorough and always smiling and reassuring. Catherine at the front desk is awesome. Very helpful and very sweet. She makes your visit very easy. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.
