I tore my rotator cuff. Was pretty sure I would need surgery. Orthopedic surgeon suggested Physical Therapy might be possible in lieu of surgery, with no guarantees. On June 10th I had my first therapy visit with Zach Cole in the 1 West office in Saratoga Springs. At that time I could not even extend my arm to turn on the car radio for the drive to PT.
