The staff and Dr were great- we did have a LONG wait, we were in the room waiting to see the Dr for 1 hour and 15 minutes, but do have to say the Dr was worth waiting for Would definitely recommend this place
Show up 30 minutes early to your appointment with all of your paperwork filled out. If you don’t they reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Then be told you need to sign the same consent forms you brought with you on their tablet because they don’t want paper. They sent me these forms and told me to bring them. Then sit in the waiting room 45 minutes after the scheduled start time of your appointment and counting.... so glad I followed their instructions and showed up early with all of my paperwork and they can’t eve... read more
Great Dr. great clinic. But talk about terrible front desk service. Twice I've had to go to urgent care to get pain medicine because my refill requests were never given to the doctor. Before and after surgery.
Love Dr Clouse!!!! Gave me an injection in my knee and barely felt it!!! Very tentative to your needs!
