My experience with them has been a disaster. When my MRI was denied from a falling injury where I injured my wrist, the office promised a peer to peer. That never happened. I called multiple times only to be given medical advice by two different clinical staff. The first told me to continue with conservative measures, and she’d get back to me (which didn’t happen). The second told me it was too late for a peer to peer, and that the paperwork needed to be resubmitted for approval, as they’ve been busy. When I told him it was ... read more
