No sense of urgency. Inability to provide medical records / xrays. They took xrays and lifted my shirt to look at my back for a few seconds. Didn't do any hands on exam and didn't offer any options other than spinal injections to mask the pain. No option to correct the issue. This place will prolong the unnecessary and just take your money. Lazy lazy lazy. The inability to send PDF of medical records is absolutely outrageous in this day and age. They must still be on dial up. Avoid this place. They don't want to help you.
I have just had my second hip done by Dr. O'Flynn. As with the first, my experience was awesome! He has a great manner and and does fantastic job!
