Although the technician suggested X-rays right off the bat, I said I didn't want to start there. Dr. Rainbow came in to assess my shoulder pain. She spent a good amount of time having me do different movements and gave her diagnosis. I was happy with her demeanor and undivided attention to my needs. She also has a great personality. 4 stars for technician who did not know my information and said I needed x-rays because "the other doctor" recommended it. There was no other doctor.
