Brenna , Dr. Aggarwal 's Physicians Assistant, is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She listened to my pain issues and then repeated back to me what she understood I said. This gave me assurance that she was going to provide a treatment plan thst would address my pain. Chris, the RN and Daisy the CMA are also fantastic. Extremely caring and empathetic. I am always made to feel as a valued patient and that my pain issues are real. 5 star treatment every visit.
Dr rainbow is thorough and yet truly makes our visit a pleasant experience. She carefully feels where Care is needed and is always on target with the treatment. We would really be at a loss without her care.
Dr. Puneet Aggarwal is Outstanding. Saw him a year ago for neck pain. I have cervical spinal stenosis. He was amazing gave me a shot that has saved me. I have no neck pain due to his expertise in placing the injection in exact place needed. He was so amazing I'm back for sciatica issues. Why go anywhere else when your assured relief. He listens and he cares. The whole staff from reception area to techs and nurses are EXCELLENT!
Very appreciative of compassionate and professional pain care. Each of 4 visits, culminating in RF ablation (dealing with facet joint-related back pain and spasm) was low stress and straight-forward. Kudos to Dr. Aggarwal, Chris, Lyzabeth and Ricole. Excellent engagement, efficiency, follow-up, and treatment response.
