Fred is a very skilled massage therapist. He has a deep background in anatomy & kinesiology. If you have a specific body pain issue-- he is able to pinpoint , work it quickly and give you follow up exercises. Fred is a great massage therapist! I have had him work on me several times and he has always been able to help aleviate tension and has really helped me feel better. He also offers Reiki which I highly recommend as it allows you to feel relaxed and peaceful. He has years of experience and he really cares about his clients. Allow him to work with you! :)
Helped my sports injuries!!
Had Sciatic Nerve wasn't able to move or walk for a few days. Called fred took me in right away and felt amazing... walked me thru the proccess especially since I never had a mqssage before. He was very helpful. he seriously took care of the issue... feeling like brand new! i am defenitely coming back to avoid muscle tightness
