I bought a Groupon for this place in early June and there was one appt. available in July and two at the end of August. I finally made the July appt. online and a few minutes after I got a confirmation email I received another email that the appt. was cancelled. I tried to call and email but no response. I am going to see if Groupon will refund the money and also warn them not to do business with this place (if it even IS a place??). I think "Byron" is a scammer....
Do not waste your time or money! First off, all booking is done online with no way to communicate with an actual person if needed. The available time frames are few and far between so I booked my appointment over 1 month in advance. I received confirmation but when I showed up the day of, the therapist was no where to be found. I called the # available which led straight to voicemail so I texted it. If I could rate negative stars I would. My husband gifted me a groupon for Valentine’s Day. I emailed to set up an appointment and received text messages to schedule, which I did for the first week of April. I went to my appointment the first week of April and no one ever showed up for our meeting. There were some ladies in a different business sharing the office space that helped me get to the right place.
