I ordered the Nike Mercurial X Victory VI CR7 TF Artificial Turf Soccer Shoe and chose to have it customized with a number. It stated to give extra time for customization (This was on cyber Monday 2017.) Product was shipped and arrived within days of purchase, just in time for the Sunday turf game! (Product arrived faster than a product I ordered from dicks a day before without customization I might add.) I would highly recommend this company. This business operates under the name, SOCCER.COM I had to purchase uniforms and gear for my daughter's travel soccer team from this business. Their customer service & their ability to fulfill ordered products & communicate about the order is poor & unacceptable. We spent an average of $400 for my 12 year olds soccer uniforms, and this is only ONE player! They are contracted with our entire club. I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some newly released cleats to have back a order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week. At this point i could have ordered these shoes from England and still gotten them. Soccer.com told me they would be shipping soon. The cleats did not ship a week later. I order a jersey for my son on 7/15. The email EXPLICITLY states the jersey will be shipped on 7/8 and arrive on 7/20. It's now 7/31 and it still has not shipped. I'm not sure what is so difficult. I have called THREE times, and the jersey still hasn't shipped. The worst part - nobody can offer an explanation. Something about a third party distribution center. I was told I can't cancel the order because it's "in process". So what the hell am I supposed to do? This is inexcusable. No explanation. No jersey.

I recently purchased a jersey from World Soccer Shop and when i opened the package I noticed that the La Liga patch had a brown stain on it. When I called them they literally told me to wash it off and that they would refund me the price of the patch. The jersey cost nearly 140 dollars and they want to refund me for a patch that I cannot fix or remove. I planned on getting this jersey signed and put in my display when I visited Spain this year and now I will have to purchase another jersey. I will never shop here again.

This website has been good to work with in the past, however they have recently changed their exchange policy. Even though their returns form indicates the possibility of exchange, they made it clear on the phone that they only do returns. They will process a new order for your new items, but it won't be an even exchange. So, the shoes that I paid approx. $179 for, were going to cost me about $230. It's truly inexplicable that this Company considers a jersey with a name/number on it as "customized", I'd understand if I had customized it with my own name etc., but a players name? It baffles me that I can't return it for the same jersey in a different size, I had no knowledge of this sale being considered final because I wasn't aware of their asinine rules on what they considered "customized". I placed an order on 12/9/2016, this was a large order including a Liverpool sweatshirt, desk calendar, pint glass, t-shirt and a few other items. I received a confirmation email that my order had been submitted and in production. On 12/21 when i still did not receive my package , I contacted the customer service department to inquiry about the status of delivery. I am coping my email to their President's office. The Company is Sports Endeavor dba: Soccer.com. At the same address is this World Soccer Shop. Quite frankly I am tired of rehashing this every time I contact you all by phone or email. I have been waiting for my refund since Sept. 29th.
