This is an organization with clear and significant process gaps. They are incapable of shipping soccer uniforms in under 5 weeks (as indicated on their website), when the only thing they have to do is to affix a number to the uniform. In addition, their website functionality is frequently broken, leaving people with an inability to properly manage their orders. I cancelled order within 5 minutes of order being placed for kit. Nope, the kit had already been made and customized to my child. Cancellation was not possible because uniform had been numbered and created within that 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Soccer.com or fraudulent company? Also, the kit had been put in my cart by team. Had no idea that I didn't need entire kit. I blame my local team for that though. Fraudulent! Buyer beware. We received the same story as the rest of the reviews; the kit arrived 16 weeks late and after the season concluded. Their response was that this was okay since the kits are good for two years. Bizarre rationale, especially because we're moving out of town next season. BUT, they also made unauthorized purchases with my credit card saying the decision was made to cancel my original order and provide a substitute, WITHOUT my consent. Do not give them your credit card! Do not order from this company!

Son is finishing soccer this week and still no jersey. They will not let me cancel the order because it is "custom" which I did not customize. Also, socks and shorts came late, I returned and got $1 refund. So frustrated.

HORRIBLE. We placed a order on July 31st for my sons soccer uniform and still to this day do not have a uniform. We have spent hours on the phone with them and were told lie after lie after lie. So now we are here at the end of the season with no uniform. This business is a JOKE! Do yourself a favor and a headache and avoid ordering from them.

These people are absolutely clueless. I've called multiple times asking about the status of my sons order that was placed in July and every time I get the same answer "your products in customization and it will be shipped out in a few days". I'm tired of hearing the BS about working 24/7 to fulfill orders but I'm receiving emails from them every other day pushing new product. Worst supplier in the industry. I hate that our club partners with this hack corporation. Orders placed in June not fulfilled until October due to "pandemic supply issues." The truth is they have order fulfillment delays with or without a pandemic to blame it on. They'll automatically add items to your order without approval. Check your cart before processing payment.

Placed an order on 7/21/2021. Product was promised by august 3rd. I am still waiting for one last item. They are blaming the pandemic on the issue but it has been over 6 weeks and I still don't have the last jersey. My son's soccer season starts in 7 days and he still doesn't have a full uniform. I have emailed 4 times. I have gotten responses back the first 2 times but the last 2 emails I'm still waiting to hear from. I have called a couple of times. The hold time is 30 minutes. They need ZERO stars. This is absolute WORST company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago. Not only can they not fulfill it, soocer.com had no clue when it will be shipped out. Yet, they are still marketing and advertising. If soccer.com can't fulfill the orders they have, they certainly should not be accepting new orders! The customer service manager told be there was NOTHING she or anyone in senior management could do. She stated they had NO control over orders. Unacceptable!
