I ordered jerseys on 7/17/23 for mu son's soccer club. The expected ship date was on 8/8/23. I was asking them if they can ship earlier. They said no. On 8/8/22 it was not shipped. I started calling and emailing them almost everyday after 8/11/23. **************** does not even know what is happening. Every time I call them they say different things. I purchased a fan jersey and applied a free shipping promotion for 'fan gear'. Shopping cart indicated promotion was applied, but upon final checkout I noticed I was charged $10 for shipping (for a kids jersey). I sent a note to customer service, who pointed out in the fine text that the promotion did not apply to sale items. This is the worst shopping experience I have had. Like others said here, the order was placed two months earlier but still the order cannot be delivered on time. I contacted with them and got a reply saying the delay was due to unexpected weather. And to quote what they said:”The order was shipped timely. Keep in mind that we offer discounted Two Day Shipping for $15.99 for future reference. Regular price is approximately $22.49. ”. They asked for more money if you want to get something on time. This is an organization with clear and significant process gaps. They are incapable of shipping soccer uniforms in under 5 weeks (as indicated on their website), when the only thing they have to do is to affix a number to the uniform. In addition, their website functionality is frequently broken, leaving people with an inability to properly manage their orders. I cancelled order within 5 minutes of order being placed for kit. Nope, the kit had already been made and customized to my child. Cancellation was not possible because uniform had been numbered and created within that 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Soccer.com or fraudulent company? Also, the kit had been put in my cart by team. Had no idea that I didn't need entire kit. I blame my local team for that though. Fraudulent! Buyer beware. We received the same story as the rest of the reviews; the kit arrived 16 weeks late and after the season concluded. Their response was that this was okay since the kits are good for two years. Bizarre rationale, especially because we're moving out of town next season. BUT, they also made unauthorized purchases with my credit card saying the decision was made to cancel my original order and provide a substitute, WITHOUT my consent. Do not give them your credit card! Do not order from this company!

Son is finishing soccer this week and still no jersey. They will not let me cancel the order because it is "custom" which I did not customize. Also, socks and shorts came late, I returned and got $1 refund. So frustrated.

HORRIBLE. We placed a order on July 31st for my sons soccer uniform and still to this day do not have a uniform. We have spent hours on the phone with them and were told lie after lie after lie. So now we are here at the end of the season with no uniform. This business is a JOKE! Do yourself a favor and a headache and avoid ordering from them.

These people are absolutely clueless. I've called multiple times asking about the status of my sons order that was placed in July and every time I get the same answer "your products in customization and it will be shipped out in a few days". I'm tired of hearing the BS about working 24/7 to fulfill orders but I'm receiving emails from them every other day pushing new product.
