If I could give them no stars I would. I placed our soccer order 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I called to see what I could do, as the season will be over before she receives it, and I'm told nothing. All sales are final. I understand the jersey. It's personalized, but her shorts and socks aren't. I've paid this company now, in addition to the money spent to buy shorts, socks and a jersey that I pressed her number onto so she could play thus far in the season. Same as others experiences. I understand distribution problems during covid, I do- but the buck has to stop somewhere! My kid's soccer uniform isn't scheduled to be ready until the soccer season is OVER! I'm not attempting to return a custom item, I'm attempting to cancel an order that clearly isn't even in the works yet and they have refused.

Billed me for items they could not provide and refused to issue a refund.

Our customer placed his order online on 9/9/20 authorizing us to charge him for his purchase and was informed of the date we would ship his order. I have placed nearly a $1,000 team order back on August 11th 2020. I was notified that the product shipped on September 8th 2020. I had the order on an expedited delivery, which means the order will arrive on September 10th 2020. According to the FedEx tracking number, it indicated it will arrive end of the day on September 10th 2020. On September 10th 2020 at 8:00 p.m., I noticed no package had arrived. If I could write a negative 10 stars I would! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS! I have had issue with the past 2 orders with SOCCER.COM - FIRST- I ordered a club kit for my daughter's soccer team. They have a zero return policy on custom product which is understandable. However, what is not acceptable is to have to still accept backordered items that are not available once you get to the backorder date. I ordered a "soccer kit" from soccer.com which was to include a jersey, shorts, and socks. However, upon receiving the shipment, it did not include the socks. I sent the kit back to soccer.com at the beginning of April and heard nothing back. Finally I was contacted today (May 23) via email to be told that my return had been received on April 17, but that I was not going to receive my refund due to the missing socks. I ordered the Nike Mercurial X Victory VI CR7 TF Artificial Turf Soccer Shoe and chose to have it customized with a number. It stated to give extra time for customization (This was on cyber Monday 2017.) Product was shipped and arrived within days of purchase, just in time for the Sunday turf game! This business operates under the name, SOCCER.COM I had to purchase uniforms and gear for my daughter's travel soccer team from this business. Their customer service & their ability to fulfill ordered products & communicate about the order is poor & unacceptable. We spent an average of $400 for my 12 year olds soccer uniforms, and this is only ONE player! They are contracted with our entire club. I order a pair of cleats on June 17th, the day they were released to be ordered. These shoes had a ship date of July 20th. This is common for some newly released cleats to have back a order ship date. I called on July 20th to check and was told they are in stock but will be shipping next week.
