Worst supplier in the industry. I hate that our club partners with this hack corporation. Orders placed in June not fulfilled until October due to "pandemic supply issues." The truth is they have order fulfillment delays with or without a pandemic to blame it on. They'll automatically add items to your order without approval. Check your cart before processing payment.
Placed an order on 7/21/2021. Product was promised by august 3rd. I am still waiting for one last item. They are blaming the pandemic on the issue but it has been over 6 weeks and I still don't have the last jersey. My son's soccer season starts in 7 days and he still doesn't have a full uniform. They need ZERO stars. This is absolute WORST company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Placed an order over 6 weeks ago. Not only can they not fulfill it, soocer.com had no clue when it will be shipped out. Yet, they are still marketing and advertising. If soccer.com can't fulfill the orders they have, they certainly should not be accepting new orders! The customer service manager told be there was NOTHING she or anyone in senior management could do. She stated they had NO control over orders. Unacceptable!
If I could give them no stars I would. I placed our soccer order 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I called to see what I could do, as the season will be over before she receives it, and I'm told nothing. All sales are final. I understand the jersey. It's personalized, but her shorts and socks aren't. Same as others experiences. I understand distribution problems during covid, I do- but the buck has to stop somewhere! My kid's soccer uniform isn't scheduled to be ready until the soccer season is OVER! I'm not attempting to return a custom item, I'm attempting to cancel an order that clearly isn't even in the works yet and they have refused.

I have placed nearly a $1,000 team order back on August 11th 2020. I was notified that the product shipped on September 8th 2020. I had the order on an expedited delivery, which means the order will arrive on September 10th 2020. According to the FedEx tracking number, it indicated it will arrive end of the day on September 10th 2020. On September 10th 2020 at 8:00 p.m., I noticed no package had arrived. If I could write a negative 10 stars I would! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS! I have had issue with the past 2 orders with SOCCER.COM - FIRST- I ordered a club kit for my daughter's soccer team. They have a zero return policy on custom product which is understandable. I ordered a "soccer kit" from soccer.com which was to include a jersey, shorts, and socks. However, upon receiving the shipment, it did not include the socks. I sent the kit back to soccer.com at the beginning of April and heard nothing back. Finally I was contacted today (May 23) via email to be told that my return had been received on April 17, but that I was not going to receive my refund due to the missing socks.
