Joseph is the best massage therapist I have ever been too. I strongly recommend him as a therapist.
Ok, this isn't a "spa day" massage, this is get your body moving so you can perform massage! It works, period. I always walk away with more range of motion and more awareness of how and where my body needs attention. Joe uses various methodologies or a combination of what works best for your body. I recommend at least 3 visits to experience the difference.

Joe knows what he's doing! He can even explain the issue I'm having before I even describe it.-uncanny! My elbow and right arm feel 100% better after a session. Range of motion throughout my entire body is always much better afterwards too. Would recommend Joe to anyone!
