I am being treated for osteoarthritis of both knees. Lauren Altman, PA, excels at explaining options including both surgery and non-surgical treatments. She is honest about the poor condition of my joints without being pessimistic. She listens carefully and validates my decisions. I’m able to get appointments quickly. Front desk staff are also pleasant and efficient.
