I spoke to a women named Karen who advised me that I was joining from month to month. I was told that there was no contract. Just the other day I found out they've been charging my account for more than 7 months and I've never even received a membership card. So I call just to cancel! Then I'm advised that it takes 60 days to cancel a month to month contract and that they will continue to charge my account for an additional two months.
