worst customer service, she was a total snot! the receptionist, who i guess is also the person who assesses the impressions, couldn't have been less helpful.
Cannot say enough good things and I event haven't received my retainers yet. I ordered my retainers (WAAAY cheaper than my orthodontist which was looking to charge me upwards of $500) and was sent my impression kit in the mail. I messed up on my first three tries, and was able to send the photos of them to Sporting Smiles and they sent me additional putty free of charge, same day. Worst company ever! Don’t buy here! They send me bad quality retainers. They are thin and can brake easily! They are very rude and don’t want to help at all! The retainers are cheap plastic and again can brake very easy! First time buying and I will never buy here again. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else!
Loved my experience with sporting smiles. Customer service was great Im asking my questions. I ordered the product and received the impression kit less than a week later under first class shipping (selected standard shipping option), then received my retainers about a little less than 2 weeks after I sent the impressions in. The retainers are well made and I saved $230. Thanks Sporting Smiles!
Love the retainers and it is great that you can reorder in a year. Due to a quick COVID move out from a dorm the retainers were misplaced. It was great that Sporting Smiles could replace them quickly and for a great price.
I was so happy with my night guard. I highly recommend them .
