This is a great place to start your day! Great atmosphere and friendly people.
Working out at this gym was the best choice I ever made. I finally feel motivated to look even better than I do now. The workers are soooo awesome and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
I have only been going three days and I love it. Very clean, very friendly people always smiling:) had a hard time to commit to workingout. So going to this gym has motivated me to get up and go at 5:30am . And I am not a morning person. Now I am:)
I started a “get healthy” routine in Feb 2013 under the watchful eyes of Dirk and Frank, owners of Sporting Health Club. I have been super-successful, and lost 65 lbs – Their expertise and guidance have been extraordinary. Sporting Health Club almost feels like a second home – not because I’m there so often, but because everyone there is warm and friendly. Even the other patrons are friendly and encouraging. The new facility is out of this world beautiful – keep up the great work, guys!!!
There's never anything easy about exercise. Guess that's why they call it a "work" out. But these guys have made it a great experience. My husband and I started not quite a year ago and we're still going every week. That says a lot. The gym is clean, cozy, friendly and has all the equipment you would possibly need for a complete regimen. And now, it's even closer to home.
Dirk and Frank are the best - and they're funny, too. Wonderful facility.
