RecommendedIt is independently owned and operated. I lead the SilverSneakers classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am. Classes were canceled when they had to close because of the COVID-19 virus. Please consider this as you favorite place to workout!! The SilverSneaker program is about fitness, fun and friends: Getting fit, having fun and making friends. That's also what Sporting Health Club is about!! Hope to see you there!!
