Complex is half opened and you have to now download 2 apps to check in and go in through the back door not the main entrance plus no one is staffed to help.
Cut 1/2 their services and are still charging full price. I was disappointed as this used to be my home gym. Hopefully someday they can reopen at full strength!
Used to be a 5 star, then they got rid of half the building. The good "ish" tradeoff is it went to 24/7. Now effective today they no longer offer day passes. Starting to get less and less for the 120 I'm spending monthly here. Will be looking to possibly switching to the Y.
