I have always been a little skeptical about Sports Therapy places, as they can be very old school in terms of Therapy styles which I am not a fan. My wife found Sports Track Therapy for her broken sezamoid bone in her foot and suggested I speak to Justin, and the rest was Our Story. Tom is great! I loved the experience of working one on one with a doctor of physical therapy the entire appointment. I believe it really made a difference in my recovery time.
They genuinely care about their patients. They both really helped my son with a groin injury. He’s back to 110%. Highly recommended if your athlete has an injury! A++++++
