I am a patient at Peak Sport’s Rehab. Mike has been my therapist. He is an awesome encourager and has extensive experience with knee replacement rehab. He directed my treatment plan and guided me toward having a great knee for the future. Thank you, Sports Rehab and your professional staff.
I have rehabbed at Peak Sport & Spine with two knees and one shoulder. It’s a great place to go. They want you to heal properly and they give you the best care. It’s easier to put in the hard work with their encouragement. They go above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone!
I love going 2 Peak sport and spine. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and open. The physical therapy techs are so knowledgeable and skilled. I've been going 4 some time now. I love Casey, he is so kind and helpful, and Katelyn , who is great, Mary Kay who is very skilled as well as Katelyn, so nice and always engages in conversation.
From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, the customer service was fantastic. The whole staff was excellent. Mary and staff were great trying to get me back in shape. I have recommended them before and after my experience. Way to go team!
I was double billed, then stated I owed money, then was owed a refund due to double billing, no word for months, no refund, then told I still had an open balance, only for them to realize they still owed me a refund. Still waiting. Horrible bookkeeping, won't use again due to disorganization. Very unprofessional at finance level. PT was great but their office mistakes don't make up for it unfortunately.
