This is 1 of the best experiences I’ve had since I’ve moved to Maryland at this Honda Service Center. My advisor Mr Jamie (I think that’s how his name is spelt) was ever informative about telling me what is recommended for my car. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Smart guy and let me add that he was also very professional. He walked me through the ins and outs of my car’s longevity and what is needed to make my car last a lifetime. Bad experience at their service department reception this morning. I brought in my vehicle for a recall and a warranty issue. When I arrived basically I expected someone to approach me and tell me where to go next, but really nothing happened. I had to go to someone who is sitting doing nothing, asked him, and then he said your service is with Mr. Whatever, who was not around.
