Bad experience at their service department reception this morning. I brought in my vehicle for a recall and a warranty issue. When I arrived basically I expected someone to approach me and tell me where to go next, but really nothing happened. I had to go to someone who is sitting doing nothing, asked him, and then he said your service is with Mr. Whatever, who was not around. Huge shoutout to Steve and Kyle. I previously had a subpar experience and they made a commitment to me to improve my experience. Cant rate them anything less than 5 stars for the service I received.
I got a oem spoiler installed on 12/16. What was estimated for 1.2 hours took them over 4 hours to install... seemed to me like it was their first time installing. My car was returned to me with chips on the spoiler, finger prints all over my car (after they told me it would be wiped down), visible glue on my spoiler, and dust on my rear windshield from drilling. I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and Tori took great care of me. She notified me of how bad condition my tires were in and provided quick friendly service. I been coming here for over 2 years now and I strongly recommend coming here for servicing. keep up the great work Tori
