I’m extremely frustrated. I DO NOT feel valued at this Honda service location. I wish I could leave negative stars! On August 5th I had an experience in my car on US 50 which required me to have to use my insurance to resolve. A week after dropping my car off, HONDA claimed my car wouldn’t start, so I went to the location and when I tried, my car started without issue. Be careful to use this place on 01/13/24 we had the service done to our Honda Odyssey After they finished with the service the representative Mr (Joey ) offered us 3 new tires because we had one new tire on our car at the price $1180.0 which we didn’t want to because the car has only 35,000 miles,in a Miracle way after we left the place it was screw in our new tire on the car Which is very unlikely that can happen just like that … The way the work they are crook. I got my car about 2 months ago with Elmer and he’s such a great salesman. He broke down what I would be signing and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t know certain information. No games or the run around, just straight forward and I appreciated that. There was a delay in getting my tags and I gave a call and he was just as helpful as when I drove my car off the lot (I got my tags the same day). If you are looking to get a car in the pre-owned department, definitely ask for Elmer!
**update 1/5/2024** The owner, Gibbs, promptly reached out to me to talk through my experience. I was impressed that the owner took the time to try to resolve the matter. He was understanding and apologetic and is actively working to see if he can help me find a solution with Sport Automotive. **original review** Their own online tool and various other sources gave my trade a value of $25k.
