I got my car about 2 months ago with Elmer and he’s such a great salesman. He broke down what I would be signing and made me feel comfortable when I didn’t know certain information. No games or the run around, just straight forward and I appreciated that. There was a delay in getting my tags and I gave a call and he was just as helpful as when I drove my car off the lot (I got my tags the same day). If you are looking to get a car in the pre-owned department, definitely ask for Elmer!
**update 1/5/2024** The owner, Gibbs, promptly reached out to me to talk through my experience. I was impressed that the owner took the time to try to resolve the matter. He was understanding and apologetic and is actively working to see if he can help me find a solution with Sport Automotive. **original review** Their own online tool and various other sources gave my trade a value of $25k. Decided it was time for a change and an upgrade, and eventually, I was lead here. Haby, our salesperson, was awesome throughout the whole process, including even insuring delivery of my new ride. And now, I'm the happy owner of a 2020 CR-V. Highly recommended!
