Told the Silas I wanted a haircut with short on the sides and a bit longer on the top something I didn't have to get up at mess with in the morning she continued to cut my hair so that I would have to put some kind of product in it to make it look good listen to the customer don't try to push sales
Well Lauren and her coworker made a fun and delightful experience for a customer that has never been in that establishment. Kudos to Lauren for being awesome at her profession and just wonderful personality to have around! Thank you ladies for being the highlight of my day! GO PACK GO!!
Took the kid there today and he was anxious at first but your staff did an excellent job making him comfortable and reassuring him that he was in good hands. You guys are awesome! Thanks a ton for making our visit a good experience! Forgot her name, but the girl with the red hair did it and she was great. Thanks again!
We took our son for his first haircuts cut and the lady did a very poorly job. We told her what we wanted and she didn't do what qe asked. She cut his bangs extremely short and literally took nothing off the back. I will not go back there even if it was the last place. I will be calling corporate. This is by far the worst experience ever. We had to leave and go somewhere else to get it fixed.
My son is 3 and hates his hair cut. Natalie did a wonderful job even with my son wiggling and whinning. He absolutely loves his new cut and cannot stop looking at himself in the mirror! The red topped it off! Thank you!
My husband went in today getting ready for an interview and Amy was his stylist. He raved about his service and came out looking fabulous! He trusts few people with his hair and beard, but Amy surpassed his expectations!! Thank you Amy for making him look and feel confident!!
They keep a record of my last cut so they always know how I want my hair cut. I don't have to explain every time. Unless I'm ready for a change. They're quick, efficient and friendly.
