Tried to get a haircut here today. My check in time after booking online was 1230. I sat there for 45 minutes after checking in at 1230. My wait time kept going down to 5 minutes and then increased to 40 minutes by the time I left. Why have me check in so soon? I guess if you list a stylist that you want you maybe get to bypass the line? Seems strange that so many people kept coming in and passing me when I checked in before them.
I always enjoy the experience at this location. I saw Miranda on my last visit. She is always pleasant and does a great job! I have also worked with Jess. The entire staff is always just wonderful to work with!
