yeah they give great hair cuts. but the customer service and friendliness is so poor. so not kid friendly and struggle with just simple greeting customers and holding conversations. just rude all around. not worth it when theyre so dam rude
Went yesterday to get a haircut and it was over an hour wait. Only 2 other customers were waiting out of a list of 6. The people before us weren't there so they skipped over their names and I was able to get right in and out in no time. This is my go to place for haircuts.

Just experienced the new automated ceck in. Major fail. And waiting 45 mins for a cut here is unacceptabe. If this is the best this place can do, they have lost my business forever.
Love this place. They always do a great job on my son and I.
