I regret to inform you that my experience at this establishment was far from satisfactory. The name of this place should be changed to "WhiteOnly Sports Clips" as it accurately reflects the services they offer. The only positive aspect of my visit was the offer of a complimentary haircut. Bad experience with hairstylist name Jessica on Friday, 11th October . She wasn’t accommodating to my requests. Very unfriendly. Did not communicate properly. Did not even show me mirror at the end of my haircut. I would not recommend her at all.
Added myself to the queue at 4:13, showed up to the place and checked in between 4:20-4:30. Told by the stylist at 5:20 that he was supposed to leave at 5 and asked if I could come back later. It’s after five on a Sunday, my friend, thanks for screwing me over. The other stylist was a lady who i specifically asked to not touch my bangs during the haircut, and she of course, cut them so short they stood straight up for two weeks, hence why I asked her to leave them alone.
