Checked in on the app and it said 11 minute wait. I grab my son and drive up there. I get there 20-25 minutes after I checked in and my name has been moved to the bottom because it “took too long to get there”, and now it’s almost an hour wait. I get it. You don’t want people checking in and not showing up, but 25 minutes (at most) and you’re bumped to the bottom?? Total BS.
Which sport clips closes at 6? Every other one closes at 8.....maybe the one in Oak Ridge,TN has me spoiled

My review is on the store manager. I have been getting my haircut by the store manager of this location (previously the Alexander Parkway store manager) For over 10 years, I have always felt that myself in the store manager had a good business/client relationship up until today.
