Great experience great haircut
Checked in on the app and it said 11 minute wait. I grab my son and drive up there. I get there 20-25 minutes after I checked in and my name has been moved to the bottom because it “took too long to get there”, and now it’s almost an hour wait. I get it. You don’t want people checking in and not showing up, but 25 minutes (at most) and you’re bumped to the bottom?? Total BS.
