I have a regular person who works on me and she is great!
Wasted a whole hour here, their system told me to arrive at 2pm, and 45 min after that I'm still waiting and now the wait says 15 min in person, even though it texted me at 1:55 that I was "on Deck". At that point I had to leave and didn't even get a haircut. Extremely disappointed and would not reccomend this location until they get their system fixed.
