Waited forever finally walked out people were in the back walking not working told me 46 min wait changed to 1 hour in a half never going back.
Bad service! Very bad! Waiting in store one hour , the team member was very very rude! And not only that The hair cut was bad!
I have a bald spot on my head 😭 they took the clippers in one spot halfway up my head and literally made a huge chunk of hair just disappear, the first time I came I had a good experience but I told her please fade it higher and she took it so far up in the middle and gave me a spot where I'm bald now. I didn't notice it until I got home or else I would've said something absolutely upset probably won't be coming back
