Owners are terrible. They never respond to the issues customer bring to them. Staffing, bad check in experience. Bad technology. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

A 2 hour wait for a hair cut! Are you kidding?!?! What happened to this place?? This has been my go to spot for 4-5 years, but now I think I'll have to look for someplace else. Very disappointing.
My son loved his hair cut! He got it cut, washed, and styled at a very affordable price, friendly, and prompt service!
The manager Melissa C was so rude to my son the minute we walked in the door. I've never felt so unwelcome. She gave us evil eyes the entire time she was taking our information. As we were sitting down she was finishing up with a customer and my son made the comment that if she is the one cutting my hair we are leaving. I totally agreed with him. Melissa C. should be fired. The hair stylist Susie that cut my son's hair did a great job!
Horrible customer service. I need to talk to someone about this.
