I've been going here for my three year old since his first hair cut. Came in today and asked for a simple hair cut that he gets every time. Even had a picture of it. It was nowhere near what I asked for, so he tried to fix it. Still wasn't what I asked, so I had to get his whole head buzzed. I hate it. Absolutely hate his hair cut, and will not be back. I am so upset about this.
It was a Saturday afternoon and there were 5 stylists...we were in and out in 20 minutes!! After the cut was over my son got very upset not wanting to leave...when asked why it was because he wanted to clean up the hair...the stylist was so sweet and let my 4 year old vacuum up his hair....�
The week before school and they have two hair cutters. Waited an hour and a half for a kids cut. Seriously, who manages this place ???
Haircuts good, however only 1 or 2 hairstylists working at same time. Appears understaffed.
