They prioritize the adults over the children. I checked my son in online at 1:30 and drove to the store with 20 minutes left wait time. I then saw it jump to 45 minutes, but was told a 15 minute wait in person. It wasn't until 2:45 that my son was seen over an hour since initial check in but witnessed two men check-in at the store and be seen within a few minutes. I always do first available. Been going here regularly for years. I’ve never complained or had any significant issue. Today I came in at lunch, checked in, got my name on board with wait list and showed 23 min. I was down to no time and next to go for first available and was suddenly passed over by two other clients. This is BS. Guess I have a choice - not today- as I’m on a tight schedule. However in the future my family and I will be sure to avoid this place even though we’ve gone here for years now.
