Shared a photo of myself from my last haircut with the hairstylist and asked her to re-create it and she said no problem and then proceeded to only cut my hair with scissors and not make it look anything like the picture. I started taking my son there for haircuts. The first 2 times, they cut the front of his hair way too short and it looked like a bowl cut. He went back today and we specifically asked her to keep the front longer. When she was finished, he had almost no hair on his forehead and it was very uneven. One side was so much shorter than the other side. I had to come home and try to am fix it without buzzing it all off. They do not follow your wishes, length, etc.This has happened several times with different staff members.They didn't know how to do a birthday discount that this location sent to me. They over trimmed and unevenly trimmed my sideburns by a large amount. Never going back.
