While I did not have an appointment the store makes people think that walk ins are welcome. They are not. I signed in and waited an hour for only four people to get a haircut. Then a man walked in and was invited to a chair while I continued to wait. My wife and dog had already been waiting for me in our small Honda. Shared a photo of myself from my last haircut with the hairstylist and asked her to re-create it and she said no problem and then proceeded to only cut my hair with scissors and not make it look anything like the picture. For reference I had a skin tight fade on the sides with it longer up top and I now have a head of hair that is a half inch shorter than it was when I walked in and it’s the same length all over. I started taking my son there for haircuts. The first 2 times, they cut the front of his hair way too short and it looked like a bowl cut. He went back today and we specifically asked her to keep the front longer. When she was finished, he had almost no hair on his forehead and it was very uneven. One side was so much shorter than the other side. I had to come home and try to am fix it without buzzing it all off.
