I generally never have anything bad to say about this location. But it will definitely be the last time I ever go back (I have been going to this location for 2 years). I use the app and online, I get in the line up just as I would any other time. I arrive in store with ONLY my name in the digital kiosk and there is not a soul in there other than me, i input my phone number on the keypad and proceed to sit back down. It was my first time attempting to go here. I checked in online, there was no wait. I arrived to the salon. No one greeted me when I walked in. It said I had a five minute wait on the TV. I was the only one in the waiting area. Three other people came in. They all checked in on the tablet at the front. I never knew I had to do that. So I got skipped and three people that got there after me, got a haircut. Not a single stylist asked who I was or if I was checked in. This location provides very friendly service and a quality haircut as well.
Just don’t go to the lady with the buzz cut. She does not listen to what you want and will reassure you she does it good. Definitely do not let them touch your beard she doesn’t even attempt to let me see what’s going on until it’s done.. 53$ for not even what I asked for is crazy.
