Let me start by saying the ladies at this location do a fantastic job.... I went in on Sunday to get my normal hair cut just to get my hair cut by a guy named dishone. He was from a different location. I was booking ann appointment online but I was not able to book an appointment since it said walk-ins are allowed on the app. I drive to the store immediately and got there at 4:44 pm which was before they close. As I walked in, I was told by Tai that we’re closed and we’re not gonna take anybody anymore. They were still open. That’s not what the app indicated or what it said online.
