I enjoy the great MVP treatment. Lilly is the best stylist. It would be great if you’d bring back some type of reward program for loyal customers. I’ve been a customer of sport clips for around 20 years, and I used to enjoy the punchcards where you could receive a free or discounted haircut after 10 haircuts. Thanks
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. It says on the app that they close at 8 pm. I walked in at 5:13 pm. I did not get her name but this lady working on October 3rd, greeted me with “You’re walking in here late. We are closing at 6.” When I asked if she could cut my hair since there was 45 minutes to go, she got pissed and waived me to a chair. She rushed the haircut, used the wrong guard and gave me the worst cut I’ve ever had. When I asked for the MVP, she refused it saying “No I’m not doing an MVP. “ This lady was a nightma... read more
