Jessica is amazing!!!
Although the ladies are very nice this is the second complaint I have had about this location and I did not make the first public. The first complaint was being charged $12 for her to just clean up a beard line and take off neck hair that took her max 1-2 minutes to complete. I had already made the jaw line at home. And today I leave and my wife tells me how crooked the rear looks. This is unacceptable for a haircut that costs nearly $40. What is going on? Once again, I've had a very disappointing experience with this location. I dont know why they cant seem to get their stuff together. Maybe its time to ditch the "online check in" model and actually schedule appointments? Today, 6/1/2026 after my wife and I checked in we waited about 5 minutes and she went back for her haircut while I waited still since i had requested someone that had a 5 minute wait that never went down for over 15 minutes.
