Courtney the manager is courteous, fun and a joy to be around. My stylist, Josh, is a joy to see and sit in his chair knowing I am going to get a perfect haircut and fun conversation. His shampoo and head massage is awesome. Can’t say enough good things about this location and staff. I love the Gibs line and appreciate items being in stock and available. Much appreciation to Courtney and Josh!!
I have to say I was NOT even thinking about considering going back to ANY location because of how me and my son was treated, quality of haircut, service and being called names. The manager of this location Kristin Sneed was super nice and reached out to me to make things right! She is really personable, very nice and made everything comfortable as she had to fix 2 other persons mistakes.
