The most unprofessional place EVER! They embarrassed my son by telling him he had lice knits in his hair. He had a few white flakes of dried hair gel. My husband tried to tell them that. Anyway, if he did have white knits that would mean they were dead! Knits are light brown 1/4 inch from the root. Confirmed by pharmacist nothing like lice knits in his hair. I called to let them know and they argued with me saying knits are white! I wouldn't take any hair advice from this establishment. Very unprofessional!
My 3 year old son just had a haircut with Kelly and I am in love with it and her! She was so good with my son! His first haircut was with someone who was not confident with kids and he did Not have a good cut or experience. Kelly however was fast, efficient, and the cut looks amazing! We will definitely be going back and seeing her again!
Honestly, this might not be a fair review to the store itself, but we just had Terica for my 3 year old son and am not very pleased. Yes, my son was not sitting still, I understand that, but if you're working for a place that advertises haircuts for men and BOYS, maybe you should have a little patience. Kids feed off impatience and that makes them even more anxious. I have normally been going to Kim for my haircuts, she helped me achieve the look I was going for. These days every time I go for a haircut a little less comes back, so I'm presently going for the slicked back look. Well it comes time for a trim and wouldn't you know that Kim decided to take some vacation, I reluctantly opted for another stylist, Peggy.
