Ease of being able to schedule an appointment through the app. My current hair stylist Stacy is really good at what she does and I love that she takes notes. The last few visits I've had have been an exciting and fun experience. I feel like she understands what I ask for and she delivers with the cut and fade. The lady barber with the blonde hair was shown a photo of the haircut that my boyfriend wanted. She didn’t line up the borders properly and literally just eyeballed what she thought was even and used her bare hands (no comb) to create the outline of my boyfriend’s hair. She didn’t even offer the mirror for my boyfriend to see the back of his hair. I do not recommend this place, especially with that lady. I can’t even say her name because she also didn’t introduce herself.
