For a basic haircut, it's fine. Their staff are well coordinated, and do a good enough job for the haircut. I am satisfied with the service.
Absolutely horrible service. 4 stylists with only one cutting hair. I waited an hour and a half for them a stylist to begin picking and choosing customers who checked in after me.

I made a reservation online, showed up on time, and waited over an hour. Stylist were in the store but only one cutting hair! Crazy!
